  We have been a customer for almost 4 years but no longer. We chose the company because our builder used them to wire our TV outlets and we had them put in surround sound, install our TV' and install an alarm system. The installation went well but over time, as occasional system issues would arise we found them somewhat difficult to communicate with, experiencing calls that were not answered, voice mail box that was full and when it was possible to leave a message it was not uncommon not to recieved a call back. We also found their billing needed to be closely scrutinized because it was consistently inaccurate. We recently upgraded our cable package and correspondingly were able to save a significant amount of money and an alarm system was part of the package so we notified Protechnology Solutions of our intent to discontinue using the alarm system they offered. The notice was not warmly recieved. We called Protechnology Solutions a few weeks after terminating the alarm because we required some service on our TV/surround sound system and Protechnology Solutions provided us a time and date they could come, however, no one showed up. I called to followup but no one answered and after several calls I left a message but never recieved a call back. An unfortunate business practice but consistent.
